Mode One Knives Limited Lifetime Warranty:

Mode One Knives warrants to the original consumer purchaser that this product, if used in accordance with these instructions, will be free of defects in material and workmanship for as long as he or she owns the product.  Mode One knives are not intended to be used as hammers, chisels, pry bars or screwdrivers.  All stainless steels will rust if not cared for.  Rust is not covered by warranty. At Mode One Knives’ option, defective product will be repaired, or replaced, or substituted with a product of equal value.  To obtain warranty service, send the product, shipping paid, along with an explanation of the defect, proof of purchase, and your name address and phone number to the address below.  Mode One Knives does not warrant its products against normal wear or misuse. Repair or replacement as provided under this warranty is the exclusive remedy under this warranty. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights which vary from state to state.

Knife laws change and vary by location.  Awareness of and compliance with applicable knife laws are the user’s responsibility. By purchase and/or possession of a Mode One knife, you represent you are of legal age (no minors).  You agree to hold Mode One harmless from failure to comply with these terms and conditions of sale.
